Cancellation/ No Show Policy:
- Here at MS KAWAII Eyelash Salon, please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service providers.
- If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, a $35 Cancellation Fee will be charged.
- If you do not show up for your appointment (‘no show’), you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service fee.
- After any late cancellation or no-show, a 50% deposit is required for future bookings.

Late Policy:
- If you are running late for your appointment at MS KAWAII Eyelash Salon, please call us to inform us of your delay. Without notification, we may assume you are not coming and could potentially release your appointment slot.
- If your arrival is less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to make your lashes as full as possible within the remaining time. Please note, you will still be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will endeavor to accommodate you, but please be aware that the no-show policy may be applied.
Please keep in mind, we always strive to provide the best service and accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
5-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality lash extensions. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your lash extensions, we offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee. The five-day guarantee is designed to assist customers who genuinely need adjustments, ensuring everyone enjoys a satisfying experience.
Policy Details:
- 5-day in person at store Fix: If you are unhappy with your lash extensions, The Fix appointment must be made in person at the salon within the specified 5-day period.
- Reasonable Use of the Guarantee:If the five-day guarantee is used frequently within a short period, we may interpret this as the current technician being unable to fully meet your needs. To better serve you, we HAVE TO recommend switching to a different technician or even another store, depending on your specific requirements, to provide a more suitable service solution.
